Sapien introduces self-provisioning tools for HRMS & HCM using the Sapien.HRMS and Sapien.HCM Editions. The E-Provisioning tools, as Sapien has coined the term for HRMS and HCM, will allow companies with less than 500 employees to E-Provision their HRMS and HCM needs with little, if any, intervention from Sapien. Following a simple customer questionnaire, E-Provisioning will create a trial site with customer data, security, and roles; existing robust configuration tools are available for the customer to address workflow, branding, reporting, setup, etc. An E-Commerce and Trial site engine will allow customers to choose from a variety of flexible and economical payment options based on the size of their organization. For customers beyond 500 employees, E-Provisioning will enable rapid and less expensive services for HRMS and/or integrated HCM - Sapien already offers the least expensive and fastest ROI service in the industry and typically, there are no up-front or capital expenses for either HRMS or HCM.
