HRMS and HCM: Sapien E-Provisioning
(PRWEB) July 13, 2005 — What Henry Ford achieved with the assembly line and the Model T, Sapien will repeat with “E-Provisioning” HRMS and HCM with Sapien. HRMS and Sapien.HCM services. Just like the assembly line made it practical to create automobiles that were low cost/high quality and offer them to everyone at a reasonable price so will E-Provisioning allow Sapien to achieve the same results by bringing enterprise quality HRMS and HCM services to a vastly underserved mid-market.
David Rossi, Managing Partner and CTO of Sapien states, “We’re truly excited to bring E-Provisioning to the HRMS and HCM marketplace and be the first to revolutionize the field as companies like SalesForce.Com have in the CRM industry. We’re well into the prototyping phase of the tool, have been working on the project since January, and expect to have beta customers working out the kinks Q3/Q4 2005 with an official launch date of January 1st, 2006.” David goes on to say, “Engaging an HRMS and/or HCM vendor has typically been an arduous experience, with E-Provisioning we intend to make feature-rich, integrated, easily deployable and configurable HRMS and HCM services a reality for smaller companies.”
Mike Salzillo, a well known super architect and developer with deep knowledge of adaptors, provisioning, E-Commerce, and HR technologies joined Sapien full time July 1st as VP of Development to head up the project. Salzillo states, “I am very pleased to join Sapien at this point in my career and have been looking for a project that will change an industry and E-Provisioning with the Sapien platform is just that.”
Sapien’s HRMS and HCM services already are changing the marketplace given their ability to be rapidly deployed using a 100% web-native ASP, Software-as-a-Service approach and a truly configurable platform. Sapien is on track to win the race to the E-Provisioning model for HRMS and HCM and will be able to do so given the strength of the Sapien platform.
