Head Hunter Reviews Website
(PRWEB) April 23, 2005 — Rate and Review Recruiters Web Site Launched. A forum for a community of job seekers to rate and review head hunters.
Don’t waste your time working with recruiters who don’t perform their jobs well. After all, you can’t do your job until they do theirs.
This site is here to give you a voice and to help put you on the right path. Whether you wish to sing praises or warn your fellow job seekers, or just find the right recruiter, you will have the ability to better inform yourself and benefit from the power of collaboration.
The information comes from you, the individuals who have had personal experiences with these recruiters and are willing to share those experiences and rate the recruiters in several areas. The intent of the web site is to inform people who are seeking jobs to utilize the recruiters who get good ratings. Then, hopefully, it will maximize their chances of getting a good job, and quickly. There is no fee for its use.
We hope to establish a community of people who will provide honest appraisals of their experiences with recruiters, and the agencies they work for, so that others who utilize the site will trust what they read and be able to have a better chance at working with recruiters who do their jobs well. And then those users will share their experiences, to help those who follow, and so on.
HeadHunterReviews.com categorizes the reviews by industry so that finding recruiters who may specialize in a particular area are easy to find. Reviews can also be sorted in several ways to facilitate quickly finding what you’re looking for. The key element being the overall rating. Since all reviews of a particular recruiter are linked, you can get a good sense of the capabilities of that recruiter by comparing several of the reviews. Of course, the site provides an average rating over all reviews as well as the individual ratings of each reviewer.
You also can use the HeadHunterReviews.com database to ‘save’ reviews before they are posted to the general community. This will help you keep track of your contacts and interviews related to a recruiter.
To help get HeadHunterReviews.com going, we are running a contest for the best review as judged by the members who find that review as the most helpful. The prize is a professional resume from one of two (2) Professional Resume Services. The contest ends May 31, 2005.
